Q: 1. Can I get free caster wheel samples?
A: We could supply free samples and I am sure you are ok to pay for the freight. You can give us your express account like DHL/UPS/TNT etc.... Or could you pay freight in advance? Freight is $28 by xxx. You can get them in x-x days.
Q: 2. What is your payment terms of caster?
A: 30% deposit in advance and 70% before shipment.
Q: 3. What is your delivery time?
A: Usually, caster sample needs 3-7 days, trial order takes 7-15 days and mass production time needs 15-30 days. It is up to the quantity and stocking.
Q: 4. How can your factory control the quality?
A: Quality is at the forefront of our commitments to our customers always. We have strict quality management process from raw material to finished product. Details please ref below:
